Perhaps a hemp bath soak is taking it too far? Perhaps not.
I personally agree with the second sentiment. I have had a pain relief balm using hemp extract for a while now, and it works very well for a lot of people.
Studies have shown skin has receptors for cannabinoids, so it makes sense that a soak would provide great relief. Imagine allowing your body to bathe in an environment that provides not only benefits from the hemp extract, but also from other anti-inflammatory herbs. Calendula, being one, has been know for millennia to ease chronic pain. It also has a whole list of benefits for skin, including:
Arnica, also an anti-inflammatory, but works especially well on muscle and joint pain relief.
Simply add 3/4 cup while drawing a bath, use your feet to swirl the dissolve the salts & then ease in to the aromatic & healing waters. When done, rinse.
Ingredients: Epsom salt, pacific sea salt, baking soda, calendula flower, arnica infused jojoba, hemp extract, frankincense, bergamot, clary sage.
